The Regulatory Coordinator will manage all regulatory aspects of study start-up, protocol amendments, annual reporting, and study close-out as they relate submission to Institutional Review Board (IRB) and any relevant regulatory agencies including, Subcommittee on Research Safety (SRS), VA Research & Development Committee (R&DC), and the clinical trial sponsor. The Regulatory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all required documentation is initiated and maintained completely, accurately, and timely.

The Lowcountry Center for Veterans Research (LCVR) has an opportunity for a Grants and Contracts Specialist. This position will be an integral member of the nonprofit’s administrative team. LCVR seeks an individual who is a self-starter, resourceful, and anticipates next steps. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit attention to detail, necessary for constructive communication with PIs, VA legal counsel, and organizational leadership.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Financial Analyst at LCVR. The role involves tasks such as study financial planning, study budget negotiations, creating invoices and tracking receivables, and utilizing finance skills to support research initiatives. While primarily based in Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, this role allows for flexibility with some remote work.
